Certificates of Completion

Certificates of Completion (CoC) are available for learners who need to document coursework. To earn CoC, learners must complete a Self Study lesson or Question Bank topic, correctly answer 80% of the lesson quiz or the Question Bank topic, and submit a feedback survey. CoC may be printed or saved at any time.

A Lesson CoC displays completed lessons within a module, while a Question Bank CoC lists completed topics within a module. Page two of each CoC includes learning objectives and the date each lesson or topic was first completed. Learners who claim CE also simultaneously earn CoC.

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) provided financial support for this website.
