A 52-year-old woman with multidrug-resistant HIV started a new salvage antiretroviral therapy regimen 8 weeks ago that consisted of darunavir plus ritonavir, dolutegravir, tenofovir alafenamide-emtricitabine, and doravirine. Her serum creatinine has risen from a baseline level of 0.9 mg/dL to 1.1 mg/dL. There is no proteinuria. A recheck of the serum creatinine during the next 9 months shows it is stable at 1.1 to 1.2 mg/dL.
