- August 27th, 4pm PDT - Users may have been unable to change their passwords or retrieve their password. This issue has been resolved.
- August 22nd, 9am PDT - From August 8th to August 21st users may have been unable to print their CNE certificates after completing all of the necessary steps. This was an issue with our CNE provider and has been resolved.
- August 12th, 10am PDT - From 5pm on August 9th to 10am on August 12th the CNE surveys were experiencing an issue that may have prevented users from completing them to claim CNE credit. This issue has been resolved.
